Everytime my son gets himself annoyed when the Mags are taking the urine out of us I simply say 'what goes around comes around'.
I have seen so many instances of crowing from both sides backfiring in a short time that I have developed the 'wisdom of age' and when I feel brassed off about something at Sunderland I remember it will be their turn soon.
I have to say though I am amazed at how many of them are saying that THEY had to take the money and that THEY got more for Carroll than we got for Bent.
THEY??? Surely Mr Ashley.
I wonder if any of them actually believe that the 35m will be re-invested in players or whether the Arch Businessman will take a little profit while he can?
24m for Bent and the re-investment has already begun, I doubt the mags will see 3.5m of the Carroll money spent on players.
