worryingly i think the problem is still the midfield, their age told today, just hope it improves when they all learn each others and games get to full match fitness.

Everyone keeps criticising edwards but he's not as terrible at RB as some people make out, especially now he has decent cover. Either way i think that the time for solving with signings has ended and just give everyone time.

It's just the same old 5h1te just a different manager, from day 1 I have had my doubts about PJ & I got slaughtered on here...!

Is he really doing things any different from Keane.?

PJ has got his own players in, he constantly chops and changes formation, players playing out of position, playing unworkable formations, no sign of a settled 11 being picked, standing by players who repeatedly underperform, no balance in midfield etc etc etc.
For me we have barely moved forward at all in the past few months, just how many years does a transitional period last.?

PS why oh why do we keep picking 4 central midfielders.....!

Spot on Hoppers I agree with you!

I just hope that there are 3 teams worse than us in this division. We play a struggling Coventry next week and if we fail to get a win then I fear we are screwed. PJ employed hopeless tactics today, I mean 4 centre midfielders FFS! No width, no pace and no ****ing idea. The same old round pegs in square holes and need time to gel bollocks. You watch he will be coming out next week and saying well it will be another tough game against Coventry!

He comes out with a priceless quote after the match today "We need to find the right formula" Well FFS dont start with 4 Centre mids, get rid of Leadbitter, play Kennedy at left back, push Cresswell higher up the pitch, Ingar can play at Right Back allowing Edwards to revert to his favoured position.

It aint ****ing rocket science Jewell!

    Hmmm

Had to turn the light on and get me daughter to help me type as am three sheets to the wind!!

Now then folks, me thinks that PJ is a twat and most on here would make sound managers (which is rather scary)

Round pegs in bloody round holes, my midfield made sense (well to me anyway) Carson and Murphy wide, which would give pace and supply to Chops. Bowyer, Bullard and Andrews in centre to supply the steel (Bowyer/Andrews) and the creativity (bullard) but WTF do i know??

Some say its no disgrace losing to Blackpool but i have to disagree, lost their best players and are nothing like B/Pool of old. We would make my 'Kin grans Sunday team look good at the mo!!

TBH i'm gutted and furious but am keeping a lid on it, unlike previous weeks!!

    Cardiff fan,

Chopra gets frustrated when the team plays badly but soon he will show how good he is with a hatfull of goals.

He will definitely get you 20 goals and more.

I'm with JWM about Edwards and Cressy, Inga and Kennedy. Cressy looks like he would make a great winger.

what exactly is the problem? Too many experienced players with no desire who already have a healthy bank balance
