Nah, we've moved on, we're after Thomas Müller now. You can have that as an official rumour if you like.
No idea the only arrivals we've had I've heard of are Koeman and Long. Maybe these other foreigners will all be fantastic. I think we're thin on cover in every position. Apart from gk.
That lad from Leverkusen sounds like he will available on a loan to buy deal and I think that would be a good move for us.
All the other positions are in that grey area for Saints. Where you want to strengthen the squad, but you want to keep that much praised pathway.
McCarthy, Targett, Isgrove, McQueen & Gallagher are all potentially a suspension/injury away from starting. Some fans may think that's exciting and others will be filled with dread. I believe Koeman will use the Millwall match to assess some of those players in a competitive match and that will go towards dictating how active we are at the end of the window.

I read in the red tops Marco Rues isn't keen on signing a new contract at Dortmund. Maybe he's holding out for a move to Saints?

Seriously i would've loved any of that team..i know its never gonna happen but that was a delightful flight of fancy as i was watching them at the WC. According to what we still need i think Schuerrle would've been my pick, had an impact every single time he was on.
Another centre half(can't go into the season with yoshida as cover), a winger( one that actually beats a man gets to the byline gets a cross in) and lastly a goal poacher(Owen est). Not going to happen but I can dream.
As others have said I think we need another CB and winger at least. My worry is that Koeman is probably only looking at one more, but we'll see by September 1st. Keep Morgan, Jay (and get them playing,) get those two positions mentioned before strengthened and I think we're definitely in a comfortable survival position.
I see MP has refused to talk about Morgan. Will be interesting to see what happens on Sunday. Will he travel with squad etc
