I wouldn’t hold your breath. There’s obviously things going on behind the scenes and has been for a long time and like most other fans I check on here every day praying something positive is going to happen but i’ve sort of given up on anything happening certainly until the end of the season. Pearson and Phillips could easily have been paid off just as easy as parkinson almost if we had serious cash coming our way IMO. This just reminds me of our final season under short when he wouldn’t spend cos he wanted out. We were told 2 months ago something was happening, it hasn’t up until now so I won’t build my hopes up anything will happen the next two months either. This whole takeover talk has been nothing but false hope so far. I feel i’ve learnt my lesson- i’ll believe it when I see it. No disrespect to anyone who is ITK on here.

 

The poster who passed on the info did so with the best of intentions imo. Those that were so indignant/angry etc and felt betrayed ( god only knows why ) wanted a scapegoat and vented on that poster. All spoilt brat sad sacks by the way.
That donald has quit twitter and is calling off these beer and bull5hit talk ins with fans leads me to believe he has realised he needs to think before he speaks and get his ducks in a row. Apart from those that go religiously to every game there are many times more for whom what happens at the club is of intimate interest to them.
He cant expect to fire off words and not expect negative reactions or people building expectations ( unrealistic or otherwise )
This is the second takeover/investor thing to seemingly fall at the last hurdle.
Something isnt right. Only one person can fix it and dispel all the doom and gloom.
Hiring a dull insipid yes man as manager is not it
