So what is your verdict then Mods ?

Do I have my Footy Bet thread, or not.?

I don't mid doing a Rolling thread called, Money For Nothing Bets For Free......Rather than you resurrecting the old betting threads.

    Cheers !

Put them on the Beat the Bookies thread. That`s the most popular and where folks are going to be looking for them

That seems to be the concensus of most of the guys who responded as well.

    1 thread for all betting.

If you post your tips on there @Rackem' For Mackem everyone who's interested, like me, will quickly catch on where to look for them.

No disrespect guys but the, 'Beat The Bookies. thread ended in 2014.

Without wishing to come across pedantic or petty, what is wrong with my thread being the rolling betting thread, as suggested by the Mods last week ?

    Just asking !

I think you'd get more views on that thread personally.

Do what you want Rackem, it's not up to the mods whether you do a rolling thread - only whether it's stickied.

The point was made that separate threads, unless they`re commented on can disappear off the page quite quickly and things get missed. The point of the single stickied thread was that everyone knew where it was and where to look.

    That`s the simple reason.

If you prefer to do yours as a separate threads there`s nothing to stop you doing it that way if you want to.

That`s the whole point mate. One thread that everybody goes to otherwise the place gets clogged up with them.

It`s bad now due to the extra APL fixtures (thank you FA) but obviously we`ve got no control over that. I`ll be releasing them as I go along after giving people a few days to check them, but that`s the best I can do atm.
