Yes ... takes a while mind ... but feel brighter, less tired and with more energy for one thing ... the booze makes you sleep - indeed, you are comatose - but the sleep isn't the best in terms of leaving you feeling like you've had a good night's sleep ... rather bizarrely ...

 

I should cut down really.

 

Again being serious ... it's not just what it does to your liver ... opens you up to heart problems and developing the big C ... I'll never cut it out completely, I enjoy it too much ... but taking a respite now and then can work wonders for you overall health ... so the experts say

 

Ive been on the piss for decades, i should really ease it up a bit.
