“At that meeting clubs will consider a number of different proposals from both clubs and the board of the EFL.” At least three alternatives are understood to have been suggested formally, with the proposal put forward by Tranmere gaining the most traction. Rovers have suggested applying a margin-for-error to the promotion and relegation places, in a bid to even the playing field when it comes to clubs holding games in hand and taking into account historical data which shows teams who have enjoyed upturns in form towards the end of seasons. Tranmere’s suggestion would only see clubs relegated if they remain in the bottom three once the margin-for-error was applied, with the play-offs expanded to include all sides with a chance of making the top six using the margin-for-error. Those play-offs would include Doncaster in ninth, with Ipswich not involved and finishing 11th, while Tranmere would stay up. Peterborough United, who would drop out of the top six under the EFL’s original plan, are also said to have put forward a proposal for an expanded play-off competition. Never mind the fact that these teams will have different players and managers to what they had in previous seasons. Oh and of course they may have had easier /harder run ins in different seasons FFS you could be forever adding all sorts of criteria but let's find some stats that can be applied to give us the answer we want. ****ing joke This system would involve 6 teams in the L2 play-offs, 7 in L1, and 11 in the Championship Whatever system they come up with, Wycombe will be involved in play-offs; just a case of how ****ing many
It just gets worse and worse Ron and as said previously they are just proving that they have no class at all. Just wait till the Championship try to sort out a vote. That should be a saga and a half. Oh and it rained in Plymouth today but it didn't start until around 2pm. My grandaughter who is 12 visited this evening and went through my strawberry plants and demolished every one that was red. I hate bleddy kids................

After half an hour it was time to pick my daughter up from the garage as she was getting her car serviced so I did that an hour later I start again on the conservatory only to be interrupted by another phone call this time from the government asking me if I need anything and how am I coping with being shut indoors for the last 12 weeks that went on for nearly half an hour.i got back to my cleaning then the phone rings again ,hello its Buckinghamshire county council just checking you are ok as you are on the vulnerable list do you need any help ,have you received your food parcel ,do you have dogs if so we can send someone round to walk them daily for you.by now I'd had enough so I replied my neighbour walks my dogs but I'm really struggling to find someone to take my 2 african grey parrots out for a walk the lady said sorry we dont do that sort of thing . .
