Zero in my view. Here we have a player who must be in the top three players at Reading, who is only asking for parity with the middle earners, and still the club will not agree terms. He is clearly going to walk in the summer and then we'll be scrabbling around in league 2 trying to get a bargain to replace him. Such is the level of ambition at RFC.
This club just will not go that extra mile,an example is all the players we have missed out on due to Hammond on the purse strings
What gets me is they are paying Roberts more NOT to play than they are paying Pearcey to play and he is one of our own ,not a bloody mercenary
Pearce is gone. Claims to love the club, but doesn't show it. Shane long signed an extension with get out clauses so RFC could get a transfer fee for him. A.P could do this, but him and his agent would rather cash in on a free move.
