I have absolutely zero sympathy for the guy to be honest, whoever it is. All of his 'reasons' are nonsense, and requesting an account deletion seems more like a cry for attention or moral protest than anything else. As you've said, this is a MULTI-BOARD forum, and it's clear from day one that fans of all clubs mix it up on various forums. Newcastle is my primary forum, then Sunderland as I know and like a lot of the posters on here (that's all it is really), then I like to occasionally post on the Arsenal and Spurs forums. I really like that aspect of this place, and frankly, if someone is that immature to the point where they get aggravated by Newcastle fans as a whole (seemingly regardless of what they say), then perhaps they're better suited to a Sunderland-only forum. Like it or not, no one 'owns' anything on here, and everyone has just as much right to post wherever they like as anyone else. And I do wonder if this person has completely forgot that this is derby week, so the amount of mags and cross-board threads is naturally going to skyrocket for a while. As for me. Well, if you look at my signature I think it explains my stance on the subject quite well. Just put me on ignore. Problem solved.
Its not a love fest though. Look if a mag posts something, then debate it, but debate it properly, picking apart their points and tell them they are wrong, talking ****e, are ****ers, whatever, but by disecting their post, and replying with why. **** OFF MAG ****!!! get back to your own board, doesnt do anything at all, and then it carries on for 60 bloody posts ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. (it even makes it look like the mag was correct and you have no comeback at all to his post) and the latter happens a lot more than the former. thats not Debate, thats kids in a playground chucking crap at each other.

Seems silly to delete the account. I don't post on here as much as I used to, but that's just down to time pressures, really. There are twats on here, but if you can't ignore them or even just take the piss then you need to grow up a bit. Still a decent board for info &/or opinions about all things SAFC.
You know, I've just looked through that SMB board, and honestly there are far more threads about Newcastle on there, and far more mags winding people up, than there is on this board. I think some people need to appreciate how this forum is, because it isn't necessarily greener on the other side.

Just not sure why you feel the need to tell me that you wouldn't do what I've just done. Okay, I get it, you hate mags and you wouldn't go anywhere near their boards. I, on the other hand, am not so bothered and don't find it a big deal to take one brief look over on that particular board.
