    She gave me the worst report I've had in my career with no explanation, blocked every attempt I made to move and refused to explain what I needed to dfo to improve in her eyes. When i eventually took a drop in grade just to get out of her section she accused me of being in the wrong. When she tried to do it again they pulled the trigger. Not great for me but worse things happen.
