Went to see 'Fighting With my Family' last night - loved the views of Britannia Barracks and looking out over the city grfr Mousehold. Go and see if if you get a chance.
I can see both sides. It IS complex, but then again, I don't like when things are too obvious. Definitely not the case in this series!
Watched After Life. The New Ricky G show. Seemed to get passionate responses both ways. Mainly people loving it, but also people hating it. I liked it a lot. I can see the issues the people have who hate it. It's got the sort of "worthy" feel that Derek had at times. It's not a comedy, which is another issue people had. "it's not funny!". It's not really meant to be. It has funny moments. But it isn't a sitcom. We enjoyed it. Don't go into it expecting a sitcom though. Also, be prepared for stupidly strong language. They swear way too much in it, and it's just not needed.
I dont watch anything mainstream, so anything on TV or Netflix I do not watch, all designed to push the mainstream official agenda.
Finally finished Phillip K Dicks Electric Dreams. I thought that started pretty poor. And took a while to motivate watching the first few. It got so much better as it went on. They saved the best stories for the second half episodes. Didn't think it was like Black Mirror, until half way through. Then it did start to get as good as Black Mirror. Started dull, finished exciting.
