That first half at OT clearly hit the old fella hard. I suspect he put a drop of brandy in his latte after the match.

... I have no real idea where you live (or interest in it)... but there are certainly plenty of United fans who travel through Leicestershire on their way to home games ... ... and you seemed to be very interested in the clapper ...

(the little laughing things express the poster's amusement - at the conversation - not that they think themselves funny) <doh> (the 'doh' sign is a little more literal)
