Lush down here today. I haven't decided when to go back to work yet. The beauty of being self employed :)

Birthday wishes Tobes.

If your serious about learning to fly, you will need those deep pockets. My son who is / was having lessons (early days) reckons around at least £10k to get the licence. Didn't realise all the "add ons" needed like a medical?
If I enjoy it I'll carry on and get a licence, about 45 hours minimum I'm told with at least 10 hrs solo.

I'll be honest, I don't know much about this, only what my son has told me. He started with a single flight, where he got a few minutes "behind the wheel" as a Christmas gift from his girlfriends parents, a couple of years ago and then started to have some lessons. Not sure whether he is still having them, I will ask when he next visits.

Back in ****ing work today.

Time to wean myself off the fine foods, ale and wine. The hard slog starts today!!

Cup of tea first.

If I was unemployed, your missus wouldn't have any dildos to satisfy her urges.

It's interesting that you put this up as a test on the matter.

Mrs HIAG doesn't have any dildos.

That is proof, therefore, that you are unemployed, Pixie.

Thank you for your honesty in this matter; although it would have been easier if you had used a less cryptic method to get your point across.

She's well know throughout Hampshire mate you need to spend more time at home instead of blowing strangers in a lay-by

10 minute warm up cycle, 15 minute row, 35 minute run followed by some warm down bench press. Then ****ed off.

I'm on it.

Now, time for the pub and Spurs v Chelsea <whistle>

10 mile offroad MTB session for me today <ok>

I always save the cardio work until last.

Free Weights, machines, etc...then a run or rowing...

Excellent training session to come, then.

Ordinarily I do the run at the end. Wasn't planning on doing any weights tonight, just did them as an add on to warm down.

I would usually go cycle, row, weights, run. It would only be 20/25 mins run at the end though

Planning on more cardio and fewer weights for now but I'll see how long that lasts.
