Thats very selective mate. Lots of ifs and buts.

We only do for westerners. Usualiiy near the beach So high end. But like everywhere, there are many alternatives l. You can get anything from cheap and cheerful to no limits.

I've had that ****ing lurgy too, being doing the rounds at our house. I've been cycling and surfing infrequently and feel well out of shape at the moment. As soon as it's shifted I'm hitting it up big time in Jan
 
Been really busy getting ready for Xmas.

Still found time to be in the gym yesterday and today. I'll be there every day through till Friday, if I don't get collared by the missus...!..

It's been annoying. Never felt really **** but a constant feeling of being below par. Stan Jr has been sniffing for weeks. Hope he's not started on the marching powder already. He's only 10.
