The reason for my intrigue btw was to see if you understood the rule of grammar and punctuation when it comes to commas. It's not, as I think you believe, everytime you pause - which is something you were told when you were 5 mate. That's just something they tell you at that age to get you to use them, fella. <laugh>

It has long be my unfortunate observation, that grammar is generally poorly understood. Few teachers, today, seem to understand it. I do accept, of course, that there has to be some flexibility in the use of punctuation, but the general rule is that it ought to be used in order to better convey the meaning that one wishes to put across. The problem, I believe, is that people have forgotten (or have failed to learn) how to use the semicolon and, therefore, fail to understand how ubiquitous the use is of the comma. This, I suggest, is your failing, Treble.

I accept that my use of the comma may be more profuse than modern acceptance deems acceptable - my prose may appear overly formal for a forum such as this - but I am content that I use it correctly. I have, for example, been published several times, in both academic/profession peer-review-type articles and in the literary press. My seminal work, The Way of the Wum Master (now into its seventh reprint), and been translated into 14 languages, none of which Skiddy or Bambi understand, it would appear.

Cheers, fella!

I am, indeed, arrived safely at my destination. Just relaxing in my room (and in my underpants), performing my usual late night security sweep of the vicinity to ounter and to mop up any unnecessary wummery from the usual suspects.

By the way, what did you buy? Booze? Or munchies?

Rizlas Hiag. Think I'll stick some Art Bell on YouTube and learn about UFOs and Aliens.

Good call, Bro!

I was only just browsing through the latest Secure Team vids, a few minutes ago!

Might well check out Art Bell, myself. Haven't tuned in for ages.

...your grammar is quite poor...your delusion quite strong ... over use of commas is a particular flaw that exposes your fibbing as to your likely occupation ... :)

HIAG has admitted several times that 'words fail' him.

To the rest of us, that's painfully obvious :)

Had lunch today at a Korean restaurant with my friend, he tried the restaurant special which was Greyhound, which I thought was unusual as he doesn't normally eat fast food back home ...<whistle>
