That's all you ever have... get the mrs telt to go shopping for new fillers.

 

I had natural brown sauce.

 

No lunch today cos I'll be finishing soon and straight home to cook a stew.Will I go with lamb or beef?

Cheese and ham mayonnaise sandwich and cup of Earl Grey Tea - no milk that's for ill informed *****s.

I was in the Shop today and got all the veggies and guiness to do a beef casserole.

There was no diced beef though.

I thought that's okay I've got some in the freezer. Alas no joy. Was going to do it in the slow cooker.

It's called dinner round these parts but today I had a steak pie with some hot chicken broth.

It's blowing a gale and pissing down, needed some good hot food.

 

Two tuna and cucumber sandwiches, oatcakes, pate (needs used today) and an apple.

That's right, you heard me, an apple.

 

Chicken broth and a scotch egg.

Had porridge with protein and banana for breakfast.
