So who do you think we should have brought in from that list that wouldn't have bankrupt the club or would have chosen up over arsenal or others? I've even seen a post suggesting we go for Adebayor? If wants £200k per week? What planet are some fans on? Warm Pouch is spot on in his summing up and he is a bloody mag FFS.
Which list? That says null. You're well within your right to defend the manager but to call fellow fans '****ing pathetic' and 'embarrassing' seems a bit harsh.
I trust MON, he's one hell of a manager and we are lucky to have him, I will support SAFC like I always have, through thick and thin....but that doesn't stop me having an opinion or ignore the facts. The facts tell me that we have shipped out some dead wood and cleared the decks for the future, however that is only part of the answer and I am worried that as time moves on, we are in danger of going off half cocked. There are obviously lots of reasons why things are taking time and I'm sure MON and his staff are as frustrated as any of us, but time is pressing, the season is upon us and if we do miss the boat as to strengthening the team before the end of the month, I fear that we do not have the depth in the current squad to make any impact this season. I see this forum as a chance to share my opinions and in this case concerns but please don't ever think that I am not 100% SAFC and that any of my posts are meant to inflict injury or pain on the club that I have always loved.
