Seems a lovely bloke and thoroughly deserves this award for his efforts on the pitch. Chosen by managers who probably see all he contributes, apart from the goals, on the pitch. Every one of those managers would love to have a player like Ricky, especially West Ham apparently. We all want to get in PL, but also would love it if Ricky gets the chance to strut his stuff at Anfield (playing for Saints of course).
