van P heard the whistle, he was clean through and could have run in on goal instead of that awful shot, an awful shot cos he heard the whistle, otherwise I reckon he would have scored or come close and not just blasted it nowhere near the goal. Yellow was harsh but as most Arsenal fans realise, the right team went through, they were denied a pen and a goal, ye know of that with a good goal disallowed against Sunderland, a much worse error than the yellow card imo. All in all I really hope Arsenal pick up the prem title this season and hopefully this elimination from the CL is a blessing in disguise
