better homework by Chrissy to go to your game on Sunday, after having been in Liverpool on Saturday. as above, unlikely to be any agro in the game
Erm I think this thread should end with........... .....Oops Don't think the other Saints fans read this after a couple of decisions went our way. I will bet that it is brought up on MOTD without putting it into context and Saints fans (from the brief 5 minutes of highlights and 'punditry') will look very bad.
Ah yes, you've encountered the "fair" BBC MotD editing techniques that make all newly promoted teams look awful, irrespective of the result... Unfortunately we still get it in our second year. They made us look awful against Everton and Man U, when actually (first half v Everton aside) we basically controlled the whole games. I gave up watching after a while
I was meaning that they will focus on the chants deriding Clattenberg without showing that he (and his team) were awful at times. I hope the highlights will show that we were the better team for all but a couple of 5 minute spells Good point for you I think.
An excellent point for you too, I'd say. Scored out of your only real chance and it was bloody lucky... But seriously, first half was you on top, second half for about twenty minutes I thought we were going to win the match and then the last twenty mins or so were just boring
Really neither team could have had complaints if it ended 0-0. We scored a lucky goal and you scored via keeper error. Draw was fair.
Pos Team P GD Pts 12 Liverpool 14 0 16 13 Norwich 14 -9 16 14 Newcastle 14 -7 14 15 Wigan 14 -10 14 16 Sunderland 13 -4 13 17 Aston Villa 14 -11 13 18 Southampton 14 -10 12 19 Reading 13 -7 9 20 QPR 14 -16 5 Still pretty close is it not?
It's quite compressefd from 11th (Fulham) down to Saints in 18th.I wouldn't worry too much in your situation I reckon it's now QPR and Reading +1. 'arry may give rangers a short term boost but they are looking adrift now.
