    AND THAT's THE HALF.

Its been a good one, with plenty of honesty and openness from the guys.

He's unsackable, and Bassini is smart enough to know that the less he's listened to the louder he'll shout. Therefore I don't really see what difference it makes.

Did ST say that Ashcroft would pick up the pieces if Baz defaults? I think that is what he said but not sure.

This is going to be bigger than a match thread. <applause>

I do not like to read of infighting but I suppose GT is annoyed LB did not appear.

How did SD and NN sound in their warming up? Difficult for NN as he has only joined recently, but maybe he is a clever person like Clark Carlisle.

He has been dumped in the brown stuff ak. It sounds as if Baz pulled out at the last moment.

Fair play to Dyche for tackling the Whichelow issue head-on in question one.

Gavin Massey apparently the 'model' for development here.

Whichelow was perhaps 'confused' after getting games last season. Came back after tough spell at Exeter ready and hungry.

Straight away we are into the young players question.

SD believes that players need to come into the team when they have developed properly.

Massey started on the bench at Yeovil. He has now got into their team and scored a couple of goals.

League football is very tough and they take time to adjust.

The 5 subs rule has badly effected us. We have to be flexible about how we bring them on.

SD: "For a club like ours, it's so important young players get a feel for it. Now with the limits on the sub, it's made that more difficult"

Dyche: "Must be signs of team gelling together in past two home games"

Gets good applause from the audience.

SD....Forsythe is one for the future. The past two home games showed that we are making progress. The momentum is growing.

Should SD have an experienced assistant like Crystal Palace.

We only had a squad of about 12 players. MM could see the cracks so he left.

Bringing players down from Scotland takes time.

    Great talk from SD
