We are not paying players enough, but some clubs are over-stretching themselves.

 

GRAHAM TAYLOR poached players when he came over!!! BOOOOOOOO HISSSSSSS. Lol, good to see he still has a sense of humor.

Ross Wilson: "Don Cowie's situation was a complete disaster for the club" But he was offered a significant offer by Watford

 

Ross Wilson says that DG went for substantially more than we were entitled to get for him.

The Cowie situation was a disaster and he made it clear that the problem was there!! He was offered a wage packet towards the top of the bracket we offer.

GT says that poaching has always been in the game. He admits to it himself.

Danny Graham's agent was helpful. Cowie was offered more to stay, but we couldn't compete.

Timings were not right as it would have had to be relaid within a week of the take over.

Development areas and weaknesses- difficult to change such a percentage of the team. He is looking to improve constantly and can probably improve everything and take plenty of courses. He is taking advice from different managers and staff to develop constantly.

He keeps preaching about things taking time- but we dont have a lot of that!!! He has bought players to develop!! Why do that when we have kids to develop!!

Everything I have heard so far suggests that the club has been in turmoil since the takeover.

Sarries...GT trying to be tactful. He is having trouble.

 

Is it me or does GT give he impression that he's not always aware of decisions being made.

Saracens- When they will leave??

GT pleased with them leaving! But deals were done that they are back. He feels it has never been a partnership between the clubs. They simply paid us to play on our pitch.

Dont have Sarries back if we arent doing the pitch!! A direct ultimatum from GT! MEOW!
