    Fan disgusted that the owner is not there. GT also very disappointed. He doesn't sound very convinced.

    SW corner- down to 2 tendors, likely to cost £2million, valuation exercises currently happening. So nothing certain, but in the pipework.

    SW corner coming up. Two companies tendering. £2m It is a commitment, the agreement is close to being signed. It should happen soon.

    Next up, what does SD bring to the club??

    Bring in staff to do things better than him- assumingly TM and IW.

    He has an eye for the players development and can see what is needed

    he is a man manager and thinks he is reasonable at that.

    It's difficult, I want to support Bassini as our owner but when he misses things like this, I almost feel like he doesn't care about the fans. :(

    Measures to meet Bond repayment- debt wrapped up into the bonds and schedule in place for 3-5yrs depending on the holder.

    Requirements ans covernents also set out with in the agreement.

    Regular contact with bond holders and Bassini's staff.
