to be honest Corry Evans gave it away post match on tigersplayer.. Burnsey: "have you heard of any loan signings?" Evans: "you mean Brady?" good one Corry..
I dont think anyone said "he's ****", or did I miss it? Most said he played **** last season but there is potentially a player in there. He was ****ing turgid last season and I dont know how anyone can say otherwise. One of our very worst performers without a doubt.
You can't leave this out of the closet stuff on a cliff hanger like that, we need clues and hints man.
the main problem last season was he mainly played on the right. He had to stop and cut in to put a cross in. He never got chance to use his pace to get to the bye line. It will interesting to see how he goes as a left wing back. He can certainly cross a ball.
Think his crossing from the left was worse if I'm thinking of the right player, kept lofting them well over the box. Not that it matters anyway, unless prozzy starts there's still no one to aim at.
Last season Brady wasn't great, then neither were Dudgeon, Simpson, McShane or Olofinjana and we've seen a noticable change in their performances following the manager change.....clean slate time for Robbie too in my book
Hardly a surprise about Brady mind. But the Wolves game is about ideal for him to start. I would not risk anyone who is not 100% fit tonight against Wolves.
You should be surprised, you've spent the past three months claiming it was King that was about to return.
When we are trying to see out games like on Saturday id like to see us switch to a 4-5-1 of: Amos Rosienior, Chester, Hobbs (when fit), Dawson Elmo, Evans, Quinn, Koren, Brady Aluko/Simpson/Proschwitz
As we've already witnessed this season, Steve Bruce improves players. Oli, Simmo why even Alex Bruce who many said was the worst player ever have all flourished under him. If Brady does play LWB you watch SB have a go at him the first time he cuts inside for no reason, which Brady was always doing last season. Even on his left peg, he would do the Cruyff just for the sake of it. Saying all that Rosy should start tonight if fit, he played well on Saturday.
