Everytime we have some involvement involving celtic they come on here and spout drivel. Fortune signing + now Hooper.
Celtic are a big club (attendances prove that), but they now play in a 1 horse race league now that rangers have fell by the wayside.

As a kid, celtic was my favourite Scottish team, Everton my favourite division 1 team.
HULL CITY always my team and always will be. This is regardless of how many trophies we win!!
I never dreamed that one day Hull City would be in the top league, but they are.
Who would have thought Hull City would win away at Arsenal, Spurs, Newcastle or beat Everton & Man City at home.

We know Hull City are a small club in a big pool.

One question I would ask of our irish or is it Scottish friends is this.
If the standard of your league and your country is so great, how comes your international players don't play in Scotland (or is it Ireland). The answer I am sure will be money from Sky. So if our EPL is so bad how comes Sky invest so heavily into it.

Hull City deserve their place in the EPL. We know our target is 40 points next season.

I am proud to support my home city football club. I would love us to win more trophies but to be honest if it means no competition what is the point.

John Logie Baird, Alexander Graham Bell, Alexander Fleming, James Watt, John Napier, Sir Charles Lyell and James Hutton all made decent contributions to the world.

Plus, how do you define "on their own"?

    How could I forget Haggis.

Other than that it seems no one can think of anything Scotland has done.

So there we have it, a country that has achieved 5 things over hundreds of years, 3 of which are food/drink products, a gay boy band and an admittedly world class sportsman.

    What a great country <ok>

Should we not be comparing like with like here - Celtic are from Glasgow (the highest population in Scotland) so should be compared to arsenal/Celtic/Spurs whereas we are the 12th largest population which means in comparison terms in Scotland, the 12th largest is Ayr in Scotland

Not one person has said that the SPL is a great League ... if anybody has then they are deluded.

Scottish fans know the limitaions of Scottish football. The SPL is what it is ... and I'm glad to see, instead of spunking money they didnt have (SKY then Sentanta <doh>) the are cutting their cloth accordingly.

I would define on their own as an individual or group of immediately pure bred Scotsman. By immediately I mean born in Scotland to Scottish parents.

    The sane ones can, Bob!

PS. How come everyone starts asking for me to be banned when I abuse black people, but not now? Double-standards I say...
