I'll be there - I expect we will get through with a struggle and it won't be a great performance (a bit like Udders in the League /Capital One / Coca Cola / Littlewoods /Milk Cup) but I reckon we'll do enough to book a QF date with Sunlan

Very much so. The entire squad were buzzing before Cardiff but now.........Well Steve Bruce will have to keep there feet on the ground. 9 changes expected from Cardiff game. Fresh legs are a must imo.

Brighton boss says that his squad are tired and have many knocks to contend with. As long as we play like we can this game could be all over by half time. Aluko Fryatt and Sagbo for me to run the Seagulls ragid. 3 - 5 - 2

    Harper

    Chester Faye Figueroa

    Koren(c) Livermore Quinn Boyd

    Aluko in the hole

    Fryatt Sagbo

    subs:- McGregor - Rosenior - Davies - Meyler - Elmohamady - Henderson - Jahraldo-Martin.

Lets hope that SB can give the last 2 some game time at the end. ??

Can you pay on the gate, too? Could be a decent turnout after all if so.

Oops. Just seen someone else ask that.

Come on OLM - we're waiting!

Good job as the website currently states "Sorry, ticketing system temporarily off-line. Please try later".

Decent weather dry and mild so the chance of last minute attendees

    15k might be achievable

Are you going to play an entire reserve side tonight?

Be a shame if you do imo, with your PL status as good as secured & a great chance of getting to Wembley sat in front of you.....

Got a flat viewing tonight so it's touch and go if I can actually make it. Also haven't actually got around to telling me other half there's a game on tonight. Might have to drag her down to the game.

Reckon it's gonna take me signing the papers on this flat plus a glass of west stands house white to keep her happy on this one.

    Hope not, Tobes.

I know the majority want us to go as far as we can in the cup.

    Strong team tonight Brucey please.

I think we'll play a similar team to last time. A few reserves coupled with a few starters.

It's sad that the competition has been downgraded in recent years, tonights fixture being a classic example. I mean Monday ffs, surely the FA could have spoken to UEFA on this occasion & tried to get clearance to play midweek?

I hope you do it, safe bet or not tonight?

We'll play a mixture. Harper will probably come in to play in goal along with Koren, Quinn and Boyd in midfield. Aluko and Sagbo will replace the front two who are both cup-tied.

I agree with PLT (post above) about the team. Hopefully, Huddlestone, Bruce, Davies & Livermore play. We need some sort of spine to the team with all the changes coming in.

You never know what to expect.

I didn't see us winning 4-0 away at the weekend.

Neither did I, I had that game down as a nailed on draw, then you battered them.

Jelavic's goals both looked nice finishes, happy with him so far?

Huddlestone is proving to be one of the bargains of the season imo

Curtis Davies was an even better one.

Tough ask mate, albeit we gave Arsenal the runaround for large parts of the game, when we went there back end of last year.

I'd take a draw & get them back to Goodison under the lights. Our season rests on the game tbh.
