Your kind contradicting yourself there. Your saying taking Redmond off gave West Ham a way into the match and then your saying you can't blame Hughton for conceding? I would say the 2 subs made led to just that. Conceding.
But our players aren't "****ing useless" because they missed easy chances or messed up for a goal? I can understand bringing Pilks on, I do disagree with bringing Elmader on though. But, we should of scored long before that.
He tried to take the point with those subs but handed the impetus to West Ham.Poor finishing and an inept manager has cost us tonight and probably cost us our place in the league. Should have been sacked months ago but now its too late.
Sorry i meant you can't blame him for the individual mistakes but you can for creating a situation where the mistakes can be made
West ham did not look like scoring that much before the subs and we did! After ****ing the subs up it made us sit back and We got punished.
****ing hell i quote "it [the subs] was just a change in the game, to get fresh legs on" if thats true he should go for that decision alone
I hate later kick-offs...damnit. There's worse, but they keep picking up points when we don't. As I said above, I think Fulham and Cardiff are down, but there's not many teams as bad as us at the moment. Every time we take one step forwards, we follow it with two back, and this run of fixtures we're in now is absolutely crucial, considering our run-in. To get safe, we're going to need to: Beat: Stoke(H), Sunderland (H) and WBA (H) Draw: Villa (A), Southampton (A), Swansea (A) That's a 6 game unbeaten run to get us to 37 points. Failing that we need to take a point off the top 5 (+United), or away at Fulham. Unfortunately I can't see us putting that run together. WBA are the only other team I can realistically see taking the final relegation spot, and they've got 4 winnable home games to our 3 (Fulham, Cardiff, West Ham, Stoke). Fail to beat them at Carrow Road and we're screwed. I don't like saying it, but if we're going to change manager, the next day or so is the perfect time. New manager has some time to bed in, then a "freebie" game against Spurs where nobody expects much. If we get that new manager boost, and get something decent from Spurs and/or Villa, then we've got a chance of putting the necessary run together.
They didn't look much like scoring until Ruddy made a bad mistake and that was it. They hardly dominated the match at any point. We should of taken our earlier chances then we wouldn't be having this discussion.
Because it's a late kick off the mental asylum is locked up for the night so they have no access to computers.
No doubt to surface in the next 24-48 hours with lots of reasons as to why City will stay up and why CH is the man to take us forward in to our 4th campaign in the PL next season. To be honest, if we are in the PL in August, then I would agree CH should be manager, as he will have conjured up a minor miracle to achieve it
