    It's not too much of a stretch to presume that neither Adams nor either Armstrong are yet ready to start. And no Tella in the squad suggests he is unavailable (I don't imagine Long would have been chosen in the squad ahead of him).

    So with that in mind, I can understand Ralph turning to Theo.
