Wow, you guys being outspoken about Giroud, are so certain that you are right about him.

Bizarre that in reality you are only highlighting your own ignorance. It was like when the ignorant masses used to pick on Heskey or Beckham in an England shirt; England used to win more games with them in the team, but the stupid ****s among our supporters knew so little about the game that they used to campaign for their removal.

Inevitably they would be dropped and England would lose.

The biggest challenge England faces as a team is the fact that the majority of the population is completely lacking in knowledge about the game. I've done my basic coaching badges and I appreciate that I will never know everything that is going on out there.

As long as we keep winning games with Giroud in the team, whether he is scoring them or not, he is doing his job. It is not his fault that your wife or girlfriend is thinking of him when you are banging her!

 

Why compare club and international football? Heskey played for England because we didnt have better players

I get your point but I don't think Heskey is the best example, his hold up play wasn't ever that great. I'd never say Giroud is rubbish but at the top level you really want your striker to be taking at least one of those 2 chances in the first half today. Against the top teams those might be your only chances all game..

My opinion of walcott is that he is a very good player but that he is used incorrectly .

It seemed to me , that while these players , who played week in week out , were individulaly ok , the team seemed to be less effective.

When the were injured and out , THATS when we players like Ramsey were given thier head to play loose and unhindered .

It may have been coincidental but we had then a fantastic run , the team was just balanced right .

In the first half today , it seemed that were had NO fluidity and that old lack of teamwork had returned.

Walcott scored .

Good goal but lets be honest the goalie had a shocker to let it in .

The turning point was when the Pod came on and changed the whole dynamic.
