It could end quite sweet tbf. Not winning the league with you, then winning it with us.... at Palace Scenes.
Hell do well for 2 seasons, not well enough to win you a league dont be silly, then it will all go to ****. And thats if your fanbase lets him last that long. Especially with his lfc past Hes fukin doomed bro you know it
If you notice they are both off the floor because the ball is already in flight, he has unsighted Alisson by jumping higher than him, as far as i know people are allowed to jump as high as they can
LOL, Allison moved towards him not vice versa, he jumped for the ball, flapped at it, and ended up helping it into his own net.
I can see both sides of this but I think the right decision was made. Yes you can say the arm is high but its not a foul. Alisson has to be stronger there and more proactive. One thing that hasn't been talked about much is the quality of the delivery on the corners. Very good from Bowen(?) 3 corners.......2 goals.............not bad
Think it was Fornals. The one that led to a header on the bar was even better. Then again, our CB's at both corners were dreadful, and the least said about Trent for the third goal - ffs, he was actually ducking and expecting the sky to fall on him, as far as I could see. He is the worst full back in the Prem for defending the far post at crosses - just look at the Brentford game too.
I still don’t understand how it wasn’t a red. I’ve yet to read any kind of explanation. Giving winning the ball doesn’t actually mean anything these days, a studs challenge to the knee is generally a red card, especially when both feet are off the ground so he’s not in control and then tops it off by doing scissor action and trapping hendos other leg with the trailing one. I thought was ab even more obvious one that holgate who at least won the ball but then followed through onto the guy. They were pretty much identical outcomes though
In real time I'd have never have had it down as a red card but slowed down it was. Players didn't have the benefit of the replay or I'm sure they'd have protested it.
