Give the fans something back. Get a full strength team out We don't play till next Sunday so we can't play the tired card. We also have only played 1 game in 22 days so the 1st team need a run out as much as any. The Hammers play Sunday,Wed,Sunday so if they rest a few today we should go for the jugular.
With our injuries it is almost first team In all serious though imagine we played Dallas or Forshaw and one of them get injured. Think it’s more of a test for some of the youngsters in case we get more injuries to see if they could cope. Like we’ll need someone to play alongside Koch next week due to Llorente suspension and I suppose today decides whether Ayling steps into CB or Hjlede is good enough? Is Bate good enough to cover for a Dallas, Forshaw or Klich injury? Can Koch play CDM? Can Greenwood cover for all the striker injuries? Questions that need to be asked to see where we prioritise for this transfer window for example if Bate is class today we may say let’s get a striker in due to all the striker injuries and vis versa with Greenwood, Hjlede.
All I say is don't wrap players in cotton wool it's their job to play football. any player could get injured at any time in any game I will flip the coin to you what happens if Dallas or Forshaw got injured in the first 10 mins of our next league game? I want to win I'd rather try to win today with the best team available than see if players are good enough to sit on our bench. Beilsa will know from the training pitch if these lads are good enough or ready.
Hjelde played first team football for Ross County in the Scottish Premiership last season. OK its not this level but it is senior football and he showed he was more than capable.
wow, Moyes has gone for it, that's pretty much the strongest side we can field. Whilst you've gone with a central midfield of Click-Bait Cock. Bielsa trying to say something?
Hammers field their strongest team with 3 games in a week we rest players for whatever reason with 1 game in a month and not playing till Sunday. Bamford is back oh no he isn't he fecking injured again in training.. Looks like another hard watch. I wish the young guns well Greenwood Bate and Hjelde but its a baptism of fire. Can we win yes but by the line ups things have just got that bit harder than it already was. the bookies have went from 9/2 to 8/1 for us to win just off line ups. virtually doubled in price. Good Luck Lads as we are going to need it me thinks.
I just don't understand yes players can get injured but they could get injured next week even by taking them out today. then you have wasted 2 games trying to save for 1. taking Rapha out is criminal in itself.
Surprised West Ham went so strong with CL spot potentially on the line. Fair play. I wish we had gone strong ourselves. Oh well, from our point of view we get another look at some youngsters again. I suppose it is just a glimpse of whether these kids can hang at this level. So far only Gelhardt has shone. Hopefully Greenwood and Bate can step up. The one thing with Greenwood is that if we get a free kick within shooting range this kid seems to score alot. Unfortunately his in play game has failed to impress me.
West Ham v Leeds Utd http://weakstreams.com/soccer-streams/england-fa-cup/west-ham-united-vs-leeds-united-2/48864/ https://techoreels.com/1227/s2/ http://hockeyweb.site/daily/news/westham-arsena9/ http://thecyclingentertainment.com/novo/events/09-westham-gunners/ http://uhdstreams.club/hd/ch5.php
Moyes put out a very strong team, maybe he thinks they can go all the way? He has never won a major trophy. We all wanted to see some of the kids, so now we get the chance!
Perhaps this is a ploy to lull them into a false sense of security by giving them the FA cup game but smash them next week in the league where it really counts. Oh well you have to look on the bright side.
You never know, it could be a season defining moment, Greenwood is in because of four injuries to the other attackers, he might just grab his opportunity and become a key player
