I hope they’re the same after the match! Very nervous about this, especially with the ex-Saints team currently being found out at Palace. As we know, in the position we’re in, Lady Luck does not pay many, if any visits at this end of the season. It’s down to the squad to play the game of their lives, the worry is that the pressure might just be too much, really hope not. This game has very little or perhaps nothing to do with talent it is about the sheer desire to win.
West Ham at SMS was the only game where we got lucky (after a brave attempt by the lads to throw the game)....since then nothing, so I'm hoping Lady Luck will appear in a second game against West Ham.
Strangely I have no doubts about us winning this today. Solid 3-1 win setting us up nicely for an unbeaten 10 game run culminating in a top half spot and a place in Europe.
Most of the Sky panel seem worried for West Ham....why does everyone seem to think it is worse for a team like West Ham than it would be for us. However the vote was 2 for a Saints win, 1 for a draw and 1 for West Ham.
