West Ham vs Swansea City: Premier League prediction, team news, line-ups, start time, live, TV, head to head, odds Hammers in need of a win vs Swans ALEX YOUNG 2 hours ago 0 comments Click to follow ES Sport please log in to view this image AFP/Getty Images West Ham know results against the likes of Saturday's opponents Swansea City could prove crucial as they continue to battle at the wrong end of the Premier League table. The Hammers were perhaps unlucky to leave empty-handed against Tottenham, having started and ended the 3-2 defeat strongly, but will not be buoyed by the presence of Michail Antonio this weekend. Swansea suffered a morale-sapping last-minute loss to Watford at home last time out and both teams, with just one win to their names after six games, will be desperate for three points against a possible relegation come comes the latter stages of the season. Start time West Ham host Swansea City at the London Stadium with kick-off scheduled for 3pm on Saturday, September 30. Live Updates 3 hours ago "I would urge Slaven Bilic to play Javier Hernandez as a central striker, rather than using him out wide, where he is wasted. He has played through the middle for the majority of his career, so it comes more naturally to him and he looks much happier there than on the wing. Hernandez puts a shift in out wide, but I’d be surprised if he wants to do it. Bringing on Andy Carroll for the injured Michail Antonio against Tottenham last weekend upset the balance of the team and they defended very poorly for two of Spurs’ goals in their 3-2 home defeat. There are two ways of looking at it for West Ham. Their results are poor and that is a worry. But they have shown good spirit in certain matches, which suggests the players are behind Bilic. They have the quality to move up the table." Yes I go with a 2-1 win for the Swans, Sian to rule a 90th minute goal from Carroll offside and Bilic to find a brown envelope from Gold and Sullivan waiting on his desk at the end of the match.
We need to see a response from that embarrassing performance last week. We'll play for a boring point and I can't see us creating enough to stop WHU winning. 2-0 loss
hmm, me thinks it's more likely to be a recently used dirty butt-plug. Dunno about this game, obviously want a West Ham win, but the more of these games we win the more likely we are to struggle on with Bilic so Sullivan doesn't have to part with any severance pay. We had a superb, well organised defensive unit. 6 months after Bilic arrived it had become a shambles with Adrian getting the blame (easily our best keeper), I can't see us progressing as a club with him at the helm.
