Agreed. Any top coach would have got the team you named into the top half of the Premier League.

Harry only seems to like "names" or, as you say, self motivated, committed pros. He doesn't seem to be able to handle anyone who may be a tad difficult.

It's a well known fact that Judy Dench gives good head, however you must be careful of that gap in her teeth, ouch ;)

    Fair point mate.

Lets wait and see how he fits in before we judge him. I must admit I'm not overwhelmed by this loan and hope he really is not another bad apple in the dressing room. Mind you Mr Barton would most likely have a word if he was acting like a diva.

Here's hoping he makes us a better team!

Well, if we were looking for a player, whose skills are what we are lacking, pace, skill, and guile, he fits the bill perfectly.

Like all things QPR, he comes with baggage ??? We seem to have a "fatal attraction" for players with baggage.

So he will fit in perfectly !! We can offer him the pivotal role he craves, in the position he craves. What could possibly go wrong !!

    This is QPR !!

Let's just hope Harry plays him in the right position (in the centre, behind the forward/s). I'm not holding my breath and my big concern is that, even if Harry does play him there, he'll try to still include 3 chin Kranjcar somewhere and play the Croat out wide, where he really is a waste of space.

Or even plays "Three chins" centrally and Ravel out wide.

Hope "Three chins" is on the bench.

Cheers Sku. All unproven of course, but the stern no comment from WHU, when the usual blather would have been easy to give, is interesting.

More importantly, what value is he bringing us?

I am pleased with this signing but I am wary of placing all our hopes on any one player. If he fits into the team and boosts the team, all well and good. If not then the result may be less helpful.

I agree with you totally sb_73. What value indeed?

Perhaps the promise of a sponsorship deal from Pukka Pies, though I suspect he and Nico are both vying for that lucrative contract! ;)

To be honest I can't see him actually making a massive difference, we need a playmaker that actually creates from a central position with a balanced midfield around him, nothing has been done to address this failing all season...
