Very disappointed with yesterday. It is a little worrying that we don't have a natural goal scoring striker, and worse still, Michu has forgotten where the back of the net is!

Ah well, look on the bright side...At least other results have gone our way (thank you Spurs).
Here's hoping that Mr Brendon's boys lose just to keep them feckin in sight.

It was disappointing yesterday, despite controlling much of the possession it was West Ham who looked the more threatening when they had their chances and it was only thanks to Tremmel that we went into the break on equal terms. We seemed happy to keep it at 0-0 so it was only when we went behind that we really started to press, we were a little unlucky with two misses from Michu and a shot from Ki which was pushed out to Ben who's effort had no power to trouble the keeper. Overall though we didn't really deserve anything from an under par display though I'd still rather watch us play under Laudrup than have to endure the Sam Allardyce style where the ball is just lumped forward towards the big striker.

ML needs to get them in for extra shooting practice this week, most of them looked unwilling to give it a go when the opportunity arose and it was frustrating to see us once again try one too many passes around the eighteen yard box. Two important league games coming up before Wembley starting with QPR at home, would be good to get some more points on the board though Rangers will be desperate to reverse the result on the opening day of the season at Loftus Road.
