    that sucks

need to get the draw then, with the other results we will gain a point on a few of the bottom teams

In term of possession, West Brom deserve it.

Concerned where the free kick in the build up was taken from though. Nowhere near the original foul and the referee allowed it.

good point, 3 game in a row without a loss and with the other results we gained a point on a few of the bottom teams and we are in to the 20's in points for the season.

I would have taken that result before the game kicked off.

Disappointing we conceded so late but that puts us on 20 points at Christmas, we should be delighted with that. Another point towards survival.

A pity that we couldn't hold on but result was a fair reflection of the game. Few chances either side but 2 well taken goals. What went on beneath us was good though.

We've made the 20 point marker Bruce wanted for Christmas at least.

    Still lost 2 points there.

Happy with a point on the road, they didn't look as bad as I thought they would, and Foster made a couple of cracking saves. Interesting to see if Super Matty gets more game time over christmas.

On the brightside, Sunderland had 2 red cards and everyone below us pretty much did us a huge favour too.

Why do we always defend when we go one up? Lets get the second and then do it, we were the better team in the first half and still looked like we could do something in the second half on the counter, it's frustrating but at the end of the day a good point.

Definately two points dropped, Elmo and Thudd take one of those and we see that game out. Good move for there goal, but we can't rely on keeping clean sheets every game but its still a point!

Always difficult when a team has just sacked their manager. I'd have taken a point before Steve Clarke was sacked, so on the whole pretty happy. But to take and hold the lead for so long is a bit of a frustration.

I've stated several times how mediocre Meyler has been for the last few games but today he was RANK. He pulls out of challenges ,goes down when anyone blows on him, miscontrols the ball when unchallenged and his passing was atrocious.I cannot believe Steve Bruce didn't substitute him when he saw how much Sagbo had to track back to do Meylers defensive duties. He just seems to make half hearted attempts to challenge the opposition then gives up and wanders around in a daze.
He is nowhere near good enough for Premier league football.
