Looking at the stats, and West Brom are a bit **** at home for some reason. They have played 18 times and have only managed to win 6 of those. They have lost 9 and drawn 3. Only Wigan,Villa,Wolves and Bolton have fewer home wins.

Odemwingie will most likely be half fit and start on the bench which is still ok. If we get a draw out of this game, Newcastle will not be able to finish above us even if they win. They would need something like 16 goals against Everton to overtake us <laugh>

True, but apparently, Odemwingie's most likely to be included in the squad and he always scores against us. They'll also be motivated enough to win their last game with Roy in charge, so it gives them an extra incentive.

They've also played well against the bigger sides, such as Utd, which they were unlucky not to steal points from, they beat Chelsea, should have beaten Spurs after squandering several decent opportunities. And despite getting outplayed, they got a point against City. They could shut up shop early and play to hit us on the counter, which is one of our weaknesses.

Although Brunt and Jerome Thomas are out indefinitely, so that's good news. However, I maintain that we will not win this game, if Ramsey starts. And I know he will, so I expect a draw. Which means we are relying on Fulham and Everton to do us huge favours.

I think a draw is very possible, though in all honesty looking at the two teams the most likely outcome is a win for us (probably only just). Bottom line is if we dont win then we simply dont deserve to be in the CL - a draw or loss would mean we won none of our last 5 games and completely bottled it again.

A tweet from Jamie Sanderson(Young Guns)

Theo Walcott expected to have fitness test for Arsenal ahead of #WBA tomorrow. They need him. Wojciech Szczesny fully fit.

Good news about Chensey.

Hopefully Szczesny will play a blinder tomorrow - i get the feeling he will need to.

The first goal in this game will be crucial, if we get it, we could win. WBA have only come from behind once in their last 7 games, after going behind.
