The line-up is a cautious one. We've had a good little spell of possession but not creating anything, whereas they have a tad more cutting edge. We need a pacey outlet, I think I would have started Barrow or Monty instead of Routs.
From the BBC : "Swansea might have a new manager, but they look like their old selves." Makes you realise how wrong it had gotten under Monk.
Is anyone else finding Routledge a conundrum this season? Can be very influential one game then ****ing useless the next. It's the latter tonight - at least for the moment.
I'm sorry but I honestly can't see what routledge brings to the team. Yes he does a lot of running, but you need a hell of a lot more to your game than that if you want to play in the premier league. All of our attacks break down with him. The term headless chicken springs to mind.
I have to say I was disappointed with the starting line up, thought we might have showed more ambition. Guids still settling in though and a point's on the cards at least.
Ki making some good passes - one opportunity will open up for Ayew - I hope! Would expect Paloschi to come on after 60 mins or so
