I think probably not in the long run because of the high cost. Our wages are high and too much of it is going to these youngsters who will never make it to the highest level. You have to take some risks to succeed in anything , not play safe (unless you're a farmer hedging the price of his corn)
I'd be interested to see the real breakdown of the wage costs, and see how they compare to other teams.
