He needs to be publicly demoted to non league while he does a refresher course and his professional status put on hold while he does it. He should then have to work his way back to premier league level with consistent performances in the lower leagues. Accountability.

Not just that but people use the term "Short Career" - They all work in Media now once they're finished and also have many other interests! I slave my guts out doing research etc. for the NHS.
