Valley and IBWT who i had a tenuous link day 1 want AFC to die due to a) vote and b) what valley said and i posted above... Morgan votes AFC.. another inactive

I think killing inactives is a terrible game plan. They don't defned themselves, we sit here wondering and then at 7pm or 7:30 pm we do not change our minds and the wolves get another villager

We have three names, Albert, AFC, Valley. all inactive bar valley at around 7.

This is why i am putting my vote on valley at the start. I still think there is a link between two players here and morgans vote on afc is strange in my view

Right I have to say this:

1. I am in the USA right now. I am actually in work at 8pm. Its now 6am here... I will post a pic of the ****hole i'm in later to prove this.

2. I missed the last hour yesterday as i was at a machine that was broken.

3. I have my laptop out at machines doing this game rather than work cos i am just that unprofessional.

ACS

 

IF the seer is not dead:

YOu have a decision to make depending on your numbers and knowledge to hand

The thing is we are 3 v 7 now

You must decide

1. How much of a known town team can you assemble around you? by know i mean you have investigated them and KNOW they are innocent. Do not reveal opinions but facts if you do come out.

2. IF you have a known team around you of 4 people (i think this is you plus at most 3 more you will have investigated) do you think you can win the game from there? YOu might have dead people or inactives in your numbers... or a wolf i hope.

3. I ran the numbers. If you have 3 wolves and 4 known innocents that leaves 3 more unknowns. a known team of 4 then would have 50/50 hit chance. I don't think this is necessarily a good game winning position unless we pick the wolves out.

4. Is the doctor alive. can he protect the seer if he came out. that would give the seer one day of life. Even then I am not sure its a lock to win

5. 3 v 7 = town still has numbers our worst case tomorrow is 3 v 5. Can we win if seer reveals himself with a team of 4 tomorrow... in short maybe.. the wolves will be killing knowns off but the wolves will be obvious too.

6. Remember every night that goes by the towns power roles are at risk too. the wolves today have 7 people and 2 roles to aim at. (i think) the risk is getting higher and higher they hit one.


So I say to the seer please don't hide too long but you have to decide when is right not us. When i have run games I see people struggle with this and either they go far too soon or leave it far too late

My view should be on record... make of it everyone what you will.

Again my justifications for my existance are:

1. I am lowly villager. I say so for the record like all others will, thats no evidence

2. I have been absolutely clear in lining out good honest opinions and strategies. this post shows what a seer needs to think about.

3. You can all judge if I am pro or anit town. I feel my actions have all been clearly pro town. I have tried to form a strategy day one to take people out of comfort zone and throw people in vote. I put AFC at risk myself day one. I am saying he is inactive today so should not be first vote. I have been against the doctor coming out and trying a mass suicide plan day 2. I voted with my gut yesterday. I am voting with the only person who might defend themselves today to see what they say.

 

I'd call on everyone to make their own cases. If there is anything people want to call me on do so.

 

Valley

 

I want to see what Valley and ACS have to say. I'll be voting one of them. If obi was telling the truth we get a Werewolf. If Obi is lying we've got a much better chance of hitting a werewolf than we had yesterday. But need to hear from them.

 

My case is simple. We have cast iron info from a now known villager in Obi about ACS and Valley. I believe only one villager should be chopped as we don't know if Obi was the seer or if seer is accurate.

I will go with Valley. ACS's lack of activity is unusual for him. I will give him the benefit of the doubt given his fairly sparse posting elsewhere on the board. However if Valley is a wolf and killed tonight, it would seem obvious that ACS is too unless Obi was just pissing about. The not voting does look mighty suspicious. Valley was involved in the whole switching around on the first night, and he is now being mentioned by Obi. That is my main reasoning, the rest is below if somewhat ambiguous.

I think I know who two certain villagers are now, possibly even 3 (although the 3rd could just be playing me and evidence is more flimsy). I point people back to my post yesterday and ask they look closely at the posts today and previously. A poster has left a clue for villagers to seize upon. I noted two other posters were linked. Obi was one of those posters. Given he has been proven a villager, it seems highly likely the other poster is.

 

Busy today so won't be on too much.

Vote for ACS based on that but Prob be on later tonight so might have to have a slim read.

 

ACS

 

Valley also voted for me last night then changed his vote. He's making that a habit. Don't know about ACS yet. Need to see what he has to say, he's not said much for me to get a read on him. But he has no choice but to talk today.

 

ACS

 

My view is quite simple.

Obi is dead and was a Villager. Obi may have been the Seer. If Obi was the Seer then it is possible for him to randomly selected both ACS and Valley to investigate. One due to the Mag Board and one due to L'pool Mafia games.

We do not have any more concrete info to work on at present. We are all currently speculating as to who is who.

We may as well proceed in the possibly vain hope that Obi isn't playing a "fat boy" trick on the rest of us Villagers and damning us to an eternity of howling and follow the clues Obi has given.

If one Wolf goes tonight then we should go after other wolf tomorrow and worry about third wolfie in the meantime.

 

Morning/afternoon all

I have voted for ACS simply because I had suspicions on him before Obi's dying words. I definitely think ACS is the way to go and I also think it will be (or even already has been) interesting to see who tries to steer us towards other options.

My reasons - ACS is normally much more active than he has been in this game. He has claimed work difficulties/drinking/food and yet is still posting other threads as usual. His non-voting is also a concern. Add to that Obi's warning and Obi's call for us to look to the tags if he died (can't find the post but I will) this leads me to put the pressure on ACS and see who comes out of the woodwork to save him.

If I were a wolf how would Obi know as I thought the wolves were secret and anonymous?
Also.. I ballsed up last night and didn't get my vote in. If I were a wolf I'd surely at least target someone?

Anyways, just to let you boys know I work long hours in a sales environment so my active times are normally around 7am / Lunch / and after 10pm as I often entertain clients on a night (see the photo of last nights menu on the other thread where I had a moan). This has been the same for years.
Tonight I'm driving from Gloucester at about 6pm up to Consett (like normal) so again don't expect me to post between those times chaps.

Appreciate I've not been pulling my weight (lol) this week but I'm free at the weekend so will be more active.

Our numbers are diminishing rapidly I see so we need to take a wolf out tonight or we are in the clart.

We also need to avoid taking out more than one as we may hit a fellow villager.

I'm gonna go with gut instinct and simply because he is a Mackem I'm plumping for Bri I should be on a bit before I set off later and for the rest of lunch so if anyone has a better theory/wolf target I'm all ears.. (not wolf ears by the way)
