I'm always accused of making assumptions, but I dont think "All is well" is a very good description of my position at all. To be honest, the more I think about how we mght "fix" Arsenal, the bigger the headache I get. This is some pretty complex ****, and as far as I am concerned it is going to take someone a lot smarter than me to figure it out. I concentrate on trying to point out some of the stuff you lot might not have thought of. I rarely take up a position where I say you are wrong or right. But I do enjoy how you lot insult the crap out of me when I just point out that there could be another valid opinion.
Wenger was at it again today, berating the fourth official, has he no shame. He's like a demented Basil Fawlty.
So, you expect him to nothing when the ref denies us two clear pens? You can fault Wenger for many things but not for that.
Ok so you just expect him to sit there and smile at the official while we don't get clear cut penalties?
Get to ****. Any manager would have been fuming especially for that Van Persie penalty shout. If he did nothing, I have no doubt you would complain about his lack of passion.
Your two clear pens? How about Norwich's??? In that regard, you'd expect a man to hold his manner better when he knows full well he got away with a couple in the first half... Also, Ramsey and Benayoun, if not Song as well, were lucky to be on the pitch as long as they were! The only thing to moan about, if I were an elderly frenchman with a permanent gurn, is that my team switched off after 2 minutes, and didn't resurface til the 75th minute!
eh? Wenger looked an idiot today throwing his water bottle around and blaming the ref for the dropped points. The blame lies with him.
It's illogical to suggest that he should have kept his mouth shut at the RVP pen because of the decisions that should have gone Norwich's way. Quite simply it doesn't work like that, and to suggest it should is laughable.
And what? Just because they had one pen denied (Coqulein got the ball for the other) does not mean the ref can make another two mistakes and think nobody will question it. Wenger was well in his right to complain. Just as Lambert would if it was the other way around.
Simply say the ref had a bad game and made mistakes that hurt both sides. Simple. Alternatively - like I said he would have better to keep his mouth shut. he is an embarrassment and needs to go.
Does Fegie make a 'fool' of himself when he gets mad? Watched it, and that last pen shout for us on Robin was as clear as you get. The guy makes not attempt to get the ball and shoves Robin. Like I said, Wenger was well in his right to go ape **** over that. Because today, he and us came across an inept ref. Like you say, Man Utd would get that. Why? We have not got a single pen in the league at home this season. WHY??
Stop blaming refs for gods sake. You are taking your eye off the fact we have an awful season and bottled it again in the stretch. Ferguson gets away with it because he is a winner. Winning allows a lot of leeway.
Why not blame the ref and his mates? They made terrible mistakes for both sides. You expect a professional referee to spot that shove on Van Persie. This article is about Wenger's rage. And that why he goes mad on THE touch line. When you see refs being as **** as that he has every right. Also, for someone that thinks United buys the refs, it's a bit ironic to suggest we should not talk about the refs. But, seeing as you want to blame everyone at Arsenal and not look or even discuss the shocking referring that was on show today.
What a total non comment that is. We've had a rough season, but that doesn't deny the fact that the ref should have given a stonewall pen at the end. And Fergie can get away with it because he's a winner ??? What sort of rationale is that ?
