If the game had finished 1-1 not a fcking chance he would've apologised And I guarantee he would've remained seething in his post match interview.
Exactly. And if Mourhino had won he would've done exactly what Wenger did. Easy to be the good guy when you've got what you wanted.
Which contradicts what I say. Jose would've done exactly the same mate otherwise you really don't know Mourhino. Edit: he may not have used the exact same words but he would have been all conciliatary and said he was wrong and apologised... if he'd got the 3 points.
Just about everybody has watched Maureen's pissy fits over the last decade. The bloke is a drama queen. If he's not blaming the physio, he's blaming the ball boys. There's absolutely nothing gracious about the bloke. Win, lose or draw, he finds a way to act like a ****.
Hey? Nonsense. Mourhino only acts the dick when he loses. Wenger is NO different. How many times has he been fined, sent to the stands or thrown a hissy fit Mourhino always acts the humble conciliarity figure when he gets his own way. He's done it all the time over the last 10 years ffs
^^^^^^ #specialonefear You know Piskie where I think Mourhino is a **** I'll tell you he's a ****, but I've seen enough of the bloke to know when he can play to the media and the gallery. And if he had thrown the same hissy fit as Wenger did and then won with a penalty in the final minute I can decribe to you what he would've done. Come out to Shreeves, looked all humble, softly spoke said something like "I was wrong, it was very bad what I did, I apologise to the fourth official" in his portuguese dialect trying very much to look the nice guy. Not saying he is one but he knows how to play 'the game'. To paint him as some frothing mad man all the time is just plain wrong.
^^^^ #Wengerfear When has Maureen ever apologised for having a go at the officials ? Not a wum, I'm genuinely interested to hear if he ever has, because I can't recall any occasions.
The circumstances of this situation are unique so I may not find a direct comparison. But to give an example of him a being humble in victory is when he managed Real and knocked us out of the CL. Rafael or Nani got red carded I think. And in the interview afterwards he said "The best team lost, we were outplayed and didnt deserve to go through" That's just one I can remember off the top of my head. Looking very solemn and sincere saying it lol. But he did similar when he managed Chelsea as well tbf. Don't get me wrong I doubt he's being sincere (or maybe he is **** knows) but my original point is he often portrays that when he gets the result. And tbf Wenger's done the same here.
In his early days in the Pl Mourinho was actually very funny and completely owned Wenger with some legendary put downs. But, as you say he is only gentlemanly and jovial when he is winning. Blaming his physios last year is a perfect example of just how petulant and petty he can be when its not going his way
