Cellino s fault naturally. Also to blame for the goutIs it deffo the 30mg cocos? Usually they dish out the 8mg or 17mg jobs. Through a wee mix-up, I just got my hands on 6 months worth instead of 2.Nice wee buzz from them, especially with beer.
Tell all about the car. Who did you blame & what damage did they do? I cannot drive on the cocos - too high / drowsy. Should you be driving if you're loaded up with all that stuff?

Remember it well Mighty, and we were laughing at you and Millwallsteve with your pints of Babycham & Lemonade.![]()

I got a respray done cheap at Intune, down at Camwal Rd (right at the back). Usually get my car serviced there too. They're able to give you a valid stamp for BMW, Mini & Mercedes, but at half the dealership prices. Not sure what kind of motor you've got, but it wouldn't hurt to ask - pretty sure they'll spray any brand. Not sure what your quarter panel is, or if it can be repaired. If not, call the scrappie over at Stamford Bridge (can't remember their name). I've dealt with them before & can get their hands on anything cheap.Already on it. Off to canwal road on monday fir a quotr. But typically scraped the wing and cracked a quarter panel under the headlight. I can see that been dear.
Clumsy cnut i am!
Sorry to hear you're suffering from gout.Oh very good.... Get to feck...

Coooo....Dr Whitejock. who would have guessed. Is it only Naproxen you've been taking? Bit strange for gout - Naproxen is like prescription-strength Ibuprofen. Basically just an anti-inflammatory, which in effect makes it a pain killer as it reduces the inflammation. You really need something like the Allopurinol to melt the crystals. Bit like putting a bandage on a cut that needs 60 stitches.
AND a Dr Jammy. Leeds must be the medical capital of the world!!Sorry to hear you're suffering from gout.
Right... you need Arcoxia 120mg once a day after food preferably morning. Plus colchicine 0.6mg twice day.
Works like a dream usually after one to two days but with really bad attacks can take 4/5 days.
Prescription only so see your Doc...if that fails you can get it shipped in from overseas so let me know how you get on.
As others say Allopurinol 300mg or higher is the long term fix but needs to be taken daily for up to one year or if your not able to adjust your diet/lifestyle then probably indefinitely. And Allopurinol will not help a gout attack, more likely to make it worse but if you've already started treatment then continue and use the Arcoxia and colchicine to to nullify the attack.
Good luck and hope you feel better soon.

Mighty, I mentioned this before, but I had it in my big toes once. I would rather have set about them with a hammer than slip on a pair of socks. Excruciating pain from the slightest contact, but no pain if you hit yourself hard. Strange, but true.Well Mr Chips never really knew what gout was so just googled it "OUCH"
seriously hope you get sorted m8ty![]()
