You can't help but think that anything that involves the Allams is going to be anything else than a complete **** up. They never seem to fail to be able find new ways to alienate and piss the fans off.

I thought I phoned to get two tickets and then a mate from Australia got a ticket but I don't know how and then I arranged for us to swap and sit together.
You could order multiple tickets from the same season ticket, they were checking numbers on the phone but didn't make a note of it, you could just keep calling back and use the same ticket, plenty of people did it until they figured it out.
