Log onto hull city ticketing website. Go to "Your account" Under Account details is your Client Reference Number, starting with an H. Record that number. Go to the eticketing website When you get to the top of the queue, click on "Activate your account" Enter your Client reference Number, minus the H Enter your surname Confirm your details, then you're in and can buy your seat. Plenty of seats left - I've got seats towards the back of block 119, level with the penalty spot at the East end. At the KC, we usually sit in East stand level with the South end penalty spot, so this feels right!
I have followed the guide blah blah. used 'Her' Ref too and it still says 'Your Login Could Not Be Found'. Brilliant. Emailed SMC but imagine they will be overrun right now.
I did all that. It waved two fingers to me and put me to the back of the queue again! It even had my name and customer number at the top if the page as it rejected me!
Cheers Madrid. PeterSax got through and without the cust ref, they would not help. Dont want to waste my time in queue for 1hr to be told the same. Especially for 7p a minute.
I found you have to go through the "activate" process every single time you log on, not just the first time. If you activate then try and login normally, you get the login cant be found message.
Just got 4 tickets - found yesterday and today that best way was to use activate option not login; found me straight away on activate but not recognised when tried login. That said when my clock ran down it just went back to front page so I thought I'd been thrown off - but this time when I pressed check ticket availability it let me straight on to look at availabilty. Sold out all along the sides (or pretty much) and behind goals on the bottom 2 tiers where I looked but loads of tickets towards corners.
does your purchase history have to be this season? I aint booked for a year or more with my account I dont think, either mates or 'Her' has.
2 tickets booked finally. 90 minutes I wont see again...found chrome as browser works far better than Firefox in case that helps anybody. Firefox got stuck twice on payment pages ( v frustrating!) whereas chrome sailed right through no bother at all.
Just picked up 6 - Seems like the system has been rebooted, everyone should have more luck with their logins now and not get that annoying message about not being a season ticket holder. Plenty of choice of where to sit, although behind the goal filling up.
I seem to H and then 5 numbers for my client ref no....I am then getting the 'login cannot be found' message ffs!
Plenty left but that pic of 112 isn't representative of all the orange blocks, its just the 3 behind the goal that have that space at the front. Most the orange ones are just 1 or 2 single seats, they go orange once around 2/3rds have sold by the look of it and stay orange until every single seat is gone. A good few of the green blocks on the top tier are about 50% gone.
