ok havin waited 40 minutes on the eticket site, and registered with them yesterday during which they allocated me a number, it`s saying members only as opposed to general sales and not allowing me to purchase fkn thing.
You can only buy tickets if you've bought a ticket to any City game in the past, you only have to have bought one ticket to a previous game to be on the database, just call them and ask for your number (anyone who registered yesterday will be assumed to be a Wendy).
If you know your login/password you login to City's website and then you can see your Client Ref Number, I assume that's what they're after. I just did it to get mine.
You can get your customer number by logging in to the normal hull city ticketing website. From there you then have to go to the wembley ticket page, first you have to activate your account on there using your hull city customer number, then you can use your hull city customer number to log into the wembley eticketing site.
Right go onto tiger leisure. Log in. Take your ref number minus the H and use the tiger leisure password to log in. There were an absolute load of tickets left so I really wouldn't worry getting them
I got through on the phone They can't find my customer number! They are saying I don't have the "correct privileges" They say ring customer services - which is not available Hull City ticket office isn't taking calls
