Is anyone watching Spurs / Man City - what a ****ing mess the pitch is - there's still all the writing and numbers all over the place - shocking stuff
Absolutely shocking isn't it! Noway a premiership game should ever be played on a pitch like that! Or any problems game for that matter! Spurs fault tbf for ****ing up their stadium build
Spurs trying to do the stadium as cheap as possible. Was on holiday in the summer talking to a sparky from London. It appears Spurs would try and rip off anyone working. If they did a 10 hour shift they'd try to only pay for 7 hours. certainly in the electricians cases they all talked together and told Spurs to get ****ed, no pay no work.
Nowt wrong with it. Try playing on cinders. In bare feet. In black and white. Didn't bother Silva did it ? The minutes silence was the message. Not the bloody state of the pitch. Get a ****ing grip.
Of course they would. They don’t have their now considered to be offensive nickname which we are no longer allowed to say for no reason.
I couldn’t disagree more. Sky’s commentary were constantly referring to the pitch and its state. Tomorrow’s papers will. Tomorrow’s reviews will. The minute’s silence will be completely overlooked. That’s wrong.
Premier league games shouldn’t be played there anyway so it shouldn’t really cause much of a stir. It’s a temporary solution so it is what it is. If it was a cup final or an England game then fair ****s and it needs something doing about it (namely getting those fat ****s and their **** sport out of Wembley) but given the circumstances, **** happens.
You may well be saying the same thing I am. However, the remnants of the logo on the pitch is totally irrelevant (your comment). Only morons would disregard the minute's silence. If the state of the pitch is reported (in the same vein as Sky's commentary - according to you - I watched it on a different channel) over and above the real intention of the gesture of the observed minutes silence, then insensitivity is rife. You have misinterpreted my post. I may have misinterpreted yours. The NFL Logo has no bearing on the gesture of recognition of the events of the weekend.
