ISTPLT, the only bullshit is coming from you pal, you know as well as I do before we were a prem/championship team 80% of Hull supported Utd and that is why I hate them and the people who supported them, from some responses on here you can spot them a mile off.
Well mine was one of the responses and if you're suggesting I used to support Man U you're a long way off... I daresay if people are sad enough to spend their time on here talking football they're probably die-hard fans.
That's got to be one of the most ridiculous statements posted on here. 80% of Hull is 200,000 people. Did you see a mass exodus of 4,000 coaches to Manchester every game?
Ok 80% was an a exaggeration but you know as well as I do before we got into the championship and them prem we had alot more Utd fans who now support City.
Only if you're suggesting they've replaced City fans that stopped going. I've no doubt there's the odd one or two lightweights that swap and change teams, but the type that 'choose' a team in the first place are unlikely to admit they chose the wrong one and swap. What we got were a few football tourists that watch games on Sky and 'prefer' one team over another and for a while chose to follow City's results.
Spot on. I think it's a total myth that we've got loads of new fans due to being in the PL. The only significant, maintained increase in attendances we've had in years was when the KC was first opened, the reason for which is obvious. We've got less fans this season than we did before we got promoted to the PL. Your glory supporting types won't have budged on their stance, they'll be the ones who now say that we got embarrassed in the PL, despite doing far better than they or anyone else realistically expected.
When i'm in town before a city game, i despise seeing liverpool, man utd shirts etc walking round.. And they have the nerve to take the piss out of city, they can **** off away from hull complete pricks
