Thanks to all you well wishers. We are likely to be a different animal next season to our last at the top table. We have a manager who is able, and willing, to manage. Looking forward to August.

I'm sure we'll see very varied tactics against different teams. <ok>

With Ricky gone I have a player suggestion.
If you have £8mill to spare on a striker who couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo Steve Morison is your man.
Come and get him, you know where we are!

Yep, I think the soft underbelly that was all too apparent last time is a thing of the past.
There's a steeliness in the dugout now - and that transmits itself on to the pitch as well.
Fixture list out in 22 days - bring it on ! <ok>

Just heard on Radio Norfolk that as we got back up at the first time of asking, we don't get the remainder of the 'parachute payments' that we should have got and it goes back into the 'PL slushFund' and all the other teams get a share of it. <doh>

The manager has certainly filled me with confidence for next term. As you know I am normally very circumspect about our prospects and tend to be rather negative, but I honestly don't think we will go down under AN's stewardship, he simply wouldn't allow it! Add to that I think he has the guile to maybe pull a couple of surprises out of the hat and probably play a better style of football to the last time into the bargain. Yes I know that wouldn't be difficult in some ways but still, at times it takes guts to attack at say Old Trafford.

Ludicrous. It (£24m) should be divied up between the lower league clubs - but not Colchester <ok>

That's fair though isn't it? We get the PL money so there is no need for the parachute payments. If we get relegated next season, well get four loads of parachute payments again.

That's not the point, though. Why TF should Chelsea, ManUre etc get a slice of that when they're stoopid loaded already - yet clubs like for example Stockport, Hartlepool, etc struggle from week to week just to stay afloat <doh>

I agree that it should be shared with clubs in the lower leagues rather than go back to the other PL clubs.
